If you do decide to play this more you really should get some practice with Target Identification, accidental Blue-on-Blue is a massive problem in this game, especially with newer players. During the daytime, especially with a magnified optic, it's not too difficult, but at nighttime many people struggle. Spend some time getting familiar with the silhouettes of US and Soviet Gear (Helmets and Rifles mostly) at different ranges, though some players will intentionally disguise themselves as the enemy team, generally you can tell someones team just from their outline/silhouette, day or night. My other main suggestion is, use VOIP less, voice chat can be heard from quite far away and doesn't scale in volume with your voice (you can't whisper/talk/shout, you only shout), it also displays your username, so if an enemy player recognizes your name from the other team, you are immediately announced as a nearby threat.

Save your money, servers are terrible. Couldn’t play a single multiplayer mode without freezing, stuttering and packet loss. I’m in the process of requesting a refund from PS.
