I've been using one for 7 months while living in my Dodge Neon. Bought to recharge an Everstart MAXX J5CPDE jumper that I bought at the same time. You need to run the engine when using the inverter so the alternator recharges the battery since this will run it down fast when the engine is off. The inverter puts out 3.3 amps in 110 voltage so charges the jumper since it uses 3 amps 110 voltage. It'll charge my cellphone, bread trimmer and hand mixer. It should recharge cordless tool batteries if their charger base doesn't need more than 3 amps 110v. I use the power port plug. I could hard wire it to the car battery terminals by installing bigger loop connectors after drilling out a hole in the firewall for the wires and putting a rubber grommet inside the hole to protect the wires. I have an 110v dorm fridge that uses .9 amps to kick on the compressor then .7 amps when running so could use this inverter to keep it cold inside if I decide to live in my van.

You can use an immersion heater to warm up water for coffee. Truck stops sell ones that plug into the power port. One is a loop that sets inside the coffee cup. Another is a 20 ounce hot pot with a lid for heating water, soup, stew, etc. I use a 400w inverter that plugs into the power port of my Dodge Neon to recharge my Everstart MAXX J5CPDE jumper with 110v outlet, 3 USB recharge ports, air pump and work light. I run the inverter when driving the car. The jumper feature stopped working after 7 months so put my truck's jumper cables in the Neon's trunk. The inverter's cooling fan now makes noise and runs slow for a minute when turned on then runs normally. It puts out 3.3 amps so any heating device you buy shouldn't exceed 3 amps.

It doesn't stay on all the time and its not really loud. Dont know ifnthey make one without a fan, but the fan keeps it from overheating.

Yes, the inverter will be able to pump up your camping air beds. Take the Amperage x Voltage of any devices, it will give you the wattage. If it = 300w and below it will power your device.

I've had the 750w model for a year & use it all the time.just replaced cables/ clamps it came with for thicker 4gauge wires/ ring terminal s. even though I have several pure sine wave inverters.i have those put away in case the 750w model fails or in case of EMP, I'll just lose $40 inverter & not the more pricey ones 🤔
