If one looks back on the last century with 2 world wars and the real possibility of a nuclear holocaust, that Oppenheimer paradoxically could see and tried to warn us about, only to be silenced by the politico-military establishment of his day (in the US, at least), it could appear somewhat miraculous that we survived into the 21st Century. However, the 21st century will see even more change than the last one, and what that change will be, I'd argue, is impossible to predict, though it won't stop us from trying. Grassie is right that cultural evolution in humans has completely overtaken biological evolution and could now determine biological evolution through genetic engineering. The thing is that the evolution of human nature struggles to keep up with the technological evolution we have created. So we still have some world leaders believing in a master/slave natural order, even though they don't articulate it in those terms, which is why you still have countries invading and wanting to effectively 'enslave' another country, or at the very least, subject its populace to said leader's political will. You even have the next POTUS going down this path, if he gets his way. On the optimistic side, we now have greater communication than ever across the entire globe, exemplified by sites like this one, so hopefully, the good and ultimately beneficial ideas will find their way to the surface of collective consciousness. At the end of the day, it will depend on the realisation that people who can find consensus make the best leaders and the best leaders bring out the best in those they lead. There is a Confucian saying that 'to rule is truly to serve'. We've known now for some time that's what the best political leaders represent, yet populist leaders, who represent the exact opposite, are currently gaining ascendancy. At the end of the day, it's the leadership on the global stage that will determine the future course of humanity and whether we can avoid self-destruction.

We are quite capable of bringing about the end of times without any help or intervention what so ever. Feeding wars against nuclear powers and the defenceless only elevates the brilliance of our own stupidity and total lack of any sense of humanity.

It is. But what is ending is the question… there are orders to things and stages to spirit and soul. My whole life is about bringing the end of the world as we know it, because I am working out the new paradigm for humanity and life, the voice of the future. My writings opens the eye, and the door: “Eye of God: Language of Universal Mind”. Humanity is being born anew. What we see as the world will be entirely reinterpreted. I will not hold back or mince words about it. We cannot afford that, we need to let go of the past we used to know, climb down from the symbolic tree and walk upright upon the Earth head toward the sun.

Almost 2000 years ago Jesus said this about the end time: "There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs." ( Luke 21:11) Jesus did not give a specific year, but rather he gave the signs to watch out for.

@@toddmorrison7342 Jesus was talking about these things happening at an unprecedented level, such as world war one and two. There had never been a war with such global scope and equal destructive power prior to our time. Also pestilences as mentioned, consider the recent occurrences like covid, Aids and others. Despite the advancement in medical science, these things are occurring at an alarming rate. Anyway your comment reminds me of what the apostle Peter was inspired by God to write almost 2000 years ago. At 2Peter 3:3&4 he wrote: "First of all know this, that in the last days ridiculers will come with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires and saying: 'Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep in death, all things are continuing exactly as they were from creation’s beginning.' So you see, ridiculers will say, "things are continuing exactly as from creation's beginning." But they are wrong. Things are really different now even as this video pointed out.
