William regal is the man!!! Seriously absolutely LOVED watching him as a kid with the british-snob-type gimmick. Right down to the way he would curl his upper lip and stand with his hand behind his back. It was awesome. And DAMN he could wrestle. Ill never forget the match against bill goldberg where he actually made goldberg WRESTLE!! Love me some william regal!!! ✌️✌️

I recently broke my humerus which is the big bone between your shoulder and elbow. I used a sling for a couple of days and at night but I kept my arm moving all the time. That’s the current modern protocol.
