William Shatner is a genius when it comes to comedic timing. Damn good actor too.
@palimpalim52913 жыл бұрын
No doubt. Nimoy said that Shatners comedic approach to the role was a major contributor to the success of Star Trek and I have to agree. I never got really warm with TNG because of the lack of humor. When the TOS movies were running the same time TNG was on TV and the Original crew was cracking jokes and teasing each other it was clear - that was what Star Trek was supposed to be like.

Love William Shatner! In an interview he said that the way he talked on the series Star Trek was because it was supposed to be a YARN on Science Fiction and not seriously taken. Yet the audience took the series differently? So Perfect!
Still today I crack myself up when I watch it. 😂😂😂😂 Only Shatner could had pulled it off. There is only one other man capable of dancing with stormtroopers beside Darth Vader. This man is James T. Kirk. Life long and prosper, and that stuff to y'all
