His brother in law from Georgia is who should have been sitting on death row - Mr Tommy absolutely did not commit murder(s). Our family's business was across the street, my Mother and I were both there as events went down - we knew he and Eunice quite well. Ms Eunice and Tommy brought my Christmas present over earlier, a rocking chair that I still have. That was the last time I ever seen either of them

Can’t u help him get out of jail? If this is true, it’s criminal he’s in jail.

At this point he should be let go, they waited too damn long. He’s so old, 43 yrs on death row doesn’t make sense! If he’s innocent, the state owes this man freedom & money to last the rest of his short life. This is a miscarriage of justice!
@themysterycook73208 ай бұрын
I think he's guilty about 85 percent , but there's more than reasonable doubt here. If he were black he would hay been executed decades ago & if he had a decent attorney this probably wouldn't have gone to trial. He's still guilty though ..

I see a lot of comments asking why they don't let him go. It would cost the state a fortune id they overturned this. They see it better to let him die in prison along with any chance of paying out a fortune.

Yes, it was on Unsolved Mysteries, and has had several other documentaries since then. It's painful to see him on death row for that long.

I support the death penalty only in case of the person ia caught on the act or the evidence is overwhelming like in the case of live videos.

I don’t cuz honestly we know inncocent people in prison and who determines what overwhelming evidence is, obviously if it’s on camera other than that we can’t know for sure people lie and r mistaken

The mistakes are the exact reason we don't have the death penalty here in Canada. If you make one mistake it dosen't work.

But also, there is no justice in Canada. Criminals got a slap on the fingers that's all. A shame. Very corrupt and lousy system!

Multiple convictions & they can't bring a conclusion to one of them. Talk about lazy. Not much difference between a life sentence & death until they kill you. I read a Caryl Chessman quote where he said he didn't mind dying he just didn't want to be told when he would. An inmate in Indiana on a TV documentary said the biggest relief at his sentence reduction was that he could die when he wanted.

I worked at fsp for a year on the wing where they killed them and death row. The wing where they kill them has the most evil presence and the bathroom is downstairs where nobody is. Thats where they kill them too. I ran down and up when I had to piss. You stopped asking and looking what they did too.
