@@WMCS Your video helped me do my clutch the other week thank you so much. You must bench press gearboxes on you days off, I had to go buy another trolly jack to get my gearbox back in 05 zafira 1.8 the solid black coolant pipe up top of gearbox has a attachment point that stopped it going in OMG it was a struggle.

Seeing as you are probably the best expert on clutches there is....my t5 transporter dual mass is rattling like an old bag of spanners.....can I go solid flywheel ?? William here is a master specialist in clutch and gearboxes and he also does the front end but I don't see that you do the front end but the two front wheels are always disassembled so that's it.

@@WMCS but to do type of work you do in the rain and every day is amazing I have done clutches in my drive (sierra..lol) and at work but your a star and anybody that is a car mechanic knows how hard you work modern cars are changing my son has a 2002 vw polo and I can service it and have vag com lite but my nissian company car had to get a ECM change due to the indicators going fast and they had it for 1x week ...lol

I can’t make a video as it’s lifestyle. But yes you are right. Like an athlete I have to recover from these heavy work. I have a heat pad that I lay on for about 2hrs every evening for muscle relaxing and blood flow. I drink protein shake to repair mussels fibres. I have extra stein multivitamins. I use voltarol cream for any aches. 8hrs sleep and a very healthy diet.

Hi Kevin, I see it was Vauxhall week and bad weather for you. But has always, you just get on with the job in hand. Enjoyed the drive - especially the M5/M6! First one didn't look like the easiest place to work either. Probably the weather meant that there weren't too many people about to have a moan at you!

Honestly the difference it makes me feel a unreal. I sweat with that heater. Imagine standing next to an open fire 🔥 in the cold. It’s blowing 60degrees on you. Pure bliss.

The drawers are a bit broken. The sliders are not very good. So it keeps opening up. The cloth is to jam it shut.

It’s a gorka 4 bars. It’s sort of a canvas material. With elastic pocket to keep air from circulating. So it keeps you warm. It’s double layered for extra comfort.

If Vauxhall could come up with the old Cavalier system where the clutch dropped out the bottom after the shaft was pulled back, then they can all do the same. But oh no, must support the dealers.
