Went from great video content to trying to find something to do and I think we are back to great again. Be good to mention buying fees for non resident, resident or if you have Citizenship. Even if you have residency you only own it for 50 years. You have to become a Citizen to actually own it. Takes 9 years. Be good to help buyers understand the immigration rules as it relates to real estate.

I stayed in the big white building 2 big white buildings down towards Los Muertos beach and then also behind there at Ocho Cascadas. Be careful swimming out there where you are swimming - lots of spiny sea urchins. Both me and my girlfriend got quills in our hands. I love PV. We will be back in December staying by the Margarita Grill in the Romantic Zone.
