Great video William but it isn’t necessary to abuse the beds to entertain us. As a Marriot Platinum lifetime member, I’m pretty sure that the hotel management would agree. Thank you. Yep. This exact unit on AirBnB is $2,119 a month. I am visiting Da Nang next month and have been researching prices… Thought this price seemed odd for the size and quality of the apartment. Not sure why he’s lying about the price.

I was in that same building for 1 month. The apartments are nice but the lack of air conditioning in the lobby hallway was brutal. When I return to Da Nang I think I would stay further south down the beach. It makes it easier to walk to most things.. I

I saw it for 650 on a site. Many apartments can charge double or triple on different sites or airbnb/daily rental price. if you sign a lease you can get the cheap price

Nha Trang (close by) also warrants a visit, and I did a motorcycle tour of Dalat (agricultural area - very scenic) and visited coffee plantation, silk factory, minority village - fascinating experience. Hotels also recommended specific tours. Also needed some emergency dental work - done professionally and incredibly inexpensive.

In Vietnam you need to apply for 90 days visa (single entry for 25$ and there is also multiple entry) Thailand still stamps for 30 days and you can get extension for another 30 days The 60 days is still in the making … everything in Thailand takes time lol

William, you can use Be instead of Grab coz it usually comes with better price, and also options for electric rides, which has much better quality. Btw do not skip Da Nang international firework festival, which will take place real soon by Han river! Hope you have a great stay there!

Good afternoon: great video. Couple comments . Never rent or buy a condo next to construction sites. I learned my lesson by making this mistake. Also, I wouldn't call this apartment a sea view. It doesn't face the ocean. Even the pool has a view of construction.

Google Altara suits da nang .There should be lots of information on the building you can rent by day through Tripadvisor Agoda etc but this is a private condo that shares the same building as Four Points by Sheraton.They don’t share facilities they have their own pool . If you were looking to rent long term there should be owners of units that would like to rent long term . I stayed there a few years back for a week and remember the two bedroom to be a very nice and well laid out apartment really enjoyed my stay there and right on the beech . I remember back then they were selling those units furnished for about $250,000 USD
