If making lemonade out of lemons was a recording group. We really had no idea of how iconic the album cover would become when we shot it. We were just doing what we had to do to keep the machine called the Geto Boys going. It's a reminder that there is no perfect time to pursue your goals. Willpower and execution is sufficient.

Saw the Geto Boys back in 91 or 92 in San Jose along with Too Short, if I recall correctly. Everyone loved Bushwick Bill, May he rest in peace

Joe has had some of the most interesting people on his podcast. Snowden, Jordan Peterson, Jocko W. David Goggins, numerous comedians, explorers, warriors, you name it. It's diverse, it's fun, it's intelligent, it's dumb, it's human. Best podcast ever made!!

Being from Houston, I love Willie D and his podcast material but I would listen to him so much more if it didn’t take him so long to get his stories out or his point across🤦🏾‍♂️

It’s a great album. The Geto Boys were pretty tormented by so many Demons back then. The girlfriend shooting story is just so sad.
