I bought their Gypsy Boogaloo album back in the early nineties when I was a teenager. I always loved their music. I recently got back into them and started listening to the rest of their catalogue. That's when I learned the sad news that Willie had died. Very tragic, but I'm glad I get to see them jam on KZbin.

I was lucky, my wife and I saw them live at a Borders Bookstore at least 12 or more years ago. They were great. We've been to Puerto Vallarta where they first met and played together. We didn't go to the club though. I own three of their albums, Fandango Nights, Caliente and Gypsy Boogaloo.

I saw them at the players club in Sarasota where Willie grew up. About 14 yrs ago. They were incredible.
