I really loved what you were teaching and it helped me remember my classes in DBT. I noticed myself clinching up and tensing up and being willful as the person in the background banged and clanged about loudly in the kitchen? possibly. I was wondering if they were testing your ability to be mindful.. I thought you did a good job with that mindfulness.. but I wanted to march right in there and say hey dude or hey so and so respect the person making the video and don't bang and clang the pans.. I think I'm really dealing with a lot of angry willful not mindful behaviors right now.. so thank you for all the examples. On willfullness and willingness. I'm willing to get better and I'm wanting to get better and they say: "If you can name it, you can tame it" 😂 Thank you for making this video I really appreciate it!
