These are incredible operational videos, the beautifully finished layout, scale operating speeds, great angles and superb narration. I know these talks a great deal of time to do and edit, thank you for sharing!

Another enjoyable and informative video by you. Your operation scheme seems so well thought out. Your operations videos should inspire others to put thought into how they operate their railroad. Great job!

Good insights! A good op scheme that creates the operating environment you desire and maximizes the capabilities of the layout is truly a gem. Lots of false starts and less than satisfactory results, but you just keep on improving. Thanks for the kind feedback; much appreciated!

Glad to hear that you're enjoying the operations. The Willow Creek is far from perfect; you might find better ways of doing things on your layout. Hopefully the videos will give you ideas to build what you want; show you what works and what doesn't. Best wishes, and high greens!

Thanks for the feedback; much appreciated. I try very hard to given enough explanation of what's happening or should be happening, but not overwhelm the viewer with unnecessary details/comments. Thanks, again!

Those engines run like a Swiss watch - great low-speed smoothness. Love watching trains thread those switches, and cool old passenger cars behind those F7s. Ever thought of creating your own Willow Creek paint scheme? Keep the U.P. yellow but lime green instead of grey, or whatever color suits your fancy. "Willow Creek" is a good name. I watch all of these. Subscribed a couple months back.

I've never seriously considered a custom paint scheme for the Willow Creek. The air brush and I aren't the best of friends, and I'd sure hate to mess up the Armour Yellow and Harbor Mist Grey paint. Ha. Glad you've enjoyed the videos and thanks for your feedback!

These really are wonderfully informative and interesting videos, thank you for making them! It's easy to see how someone could spend a few enjoyable hours working Bucky's Crossing! Question, at around 9:05 in the video there appears to be a "custom" Union Pacific timetable for the Willow Creek Subdivision. Is that true and if so, have you made it publicly available? I don't see it on the "Operations" or "Paperwork" sections of the web site. Thanks!
@Vigment134 жыл бұрын
Glad you're enjoying the videos. I guess I forgot to include the timetable on my website; thanks for asking about it. Yes, it is a custom timetable that I use during operating sessions. I just uploaded one of the timetables to the website: www.sites.google.com/site/willowcreekrr/operating-session-guide Put this URL into your browser; when you get to the web page, scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a "Timetable 1.pdf" file listed. The timetable is a tri-fold that I created. Let me know if you have any trouble accessing the file. Thanks, again, for your feedback!

@@Vigment13 Yes I see the timetable now, thank you for uploading!
