love my 'rad ron' build, which is basically maxed endurance, int, do the story enough to be able to drink reactor water to get over the robes increasing rad resist to the point practically no rads can hurt you, bonus is, it's nearly a million rads, so take a few sips and that'll be all the rads you need for a run, after that, you can take life giver, ghoulish, and solar powered - even if rads slowly heal, their healing = health gains, and you've got millions of rads, so you won't run out anytime soon - though solar powered, at least my potentially modded version, drains rads too quickly to use normally. your bar is 100% red, though, since it's not measuring your rad poisoning, just rads, hence the max hp, regen perks, as well as nerd rage. i use lorenzo's artifact gamma gun - does a delightful mix of damage types, slavaged assaultron head, as it can irradiate you, and kiloton radium rifle - boosting gunslinger and demo expert boosts all 3 weapons, and gamma gun twice.

Can you beat Fallout 4 as a Pyromaniac? Only Flamers and explosive weapons like missiles and grenades. They’re rare, expensive, and very self-destructive if you’re not careful but it would be one hell of a fun run.

Alr fun fact for yall, if you side with the railroad and unlock Ballistic Fiber you can improve the children of atom robes DT greatly

There are two main routes I've found when building a child of Atom. One is pure offense, using Atom's Judgement, maximum strength, strength-boosting sludgepaks, and rad-powered legendary armor (which requires a lot of luck, I think I've only managed to get two or three pieces) to gain ridiculously high 40+ strength at the cost of having perpetually low health, like a cancer patient that can one-shot a super mutant behemoth. The other is much more defensive, using Atom's robes with the ghoulish perk and Durable sludgepaks to gain lots of DR and health (sludgepaks as well as irradiated blood packs still heal you via the Ghoulish perk even though you're radiation immune, and are actually better than stimpaks because they take effect instantly instead of over time.) as well as using ranged weaponry like the kiloton rad rifle. You'll definitely want to pick up the railroad ballistic weave for your Atom's Robes.

I don’t look at the robes of atoms devoted as glitched at all. I think that the hidden effect allowing you to regain health was intentional. My belief is the devs included it as a way to make an irradiated child of atom build possible without being completely squishy (though you are squishy enough w/o ballistic weave).

The only part I could think of as a glitch is your health remaining red after gaining immunity, making it difficult to tell how much health you actually have.

I highly recommend getting the 'Zeta' Gun. A gamma gun which does a unique type of radiation damage, still capable of injuring ghouls and mutants. The 'zeta' is an upgrade, meaning you can attach it to a legendary 'irradiated gamma gun' for more zeta damage.

I think you shouldve still used the robes of atoms devoted for 3 reasons: 1: Since you destroyed far harbor, you got the crusador of atom perk which grants up to 90% bonus damage if you have 900 rads. Essentially doubling your damage throughout the entire run 2: The robes can be modified by ballistic weave, allowing for some insane protection 3: since you used the marine armor, you essentially got no value out of the inquisitors cowl

Beating Fallout 4 as a Raider: raider/rust devil and Nuka World gangs armors & weapons only, add as many spikes and pointy things as you can, become addicted to (and consume large amounts of) ALL chems and booze, be terribly evil and greedy whenever you can. Lot's of armament variety and power armor is allowed so it's an easy W, should add mods to make it harder. =)

When you're "stuck" in the institute and unable to fast travel you should be able to just walk up to the relay station and use it like a door to teleport to the CIT ruins.

Can you beat fallout 4 as a merchant. Rules: must get pipers perk with mininal locations discovered, must have the live and love magazine's that increase persuasion with men and woman, must get every unique merchant into a settlement, and u gotta make a good caravan line for moolla

Awesome video, just a quick tip I learnt from LazyPurple who in turn got it from SoundSmith I believe. If you need to record your voice in a room with no dampening panels then if you shroud yourself and the microphone in a thicker blanket it works wonders to drastically increase sound quality. That said it's not overly practical for gaming purposes but might still work if setup like a mini wall enclosing your computer station like it's 2012 and you're having a sleepover making blanket forts. Either way though, is a great video.

Can you beat Fallout 4 as a Swatter? Baseball Bat, Baseball Uniform, Baseball Hat, Baseball Grenades. You might need Ballistic Weave, but otherwise it should be interesting.

You could try to do a supermutant playthroug. Using only supermutant gear (theres a mod to wear their armor) and maybe there is a mod to turn dogmeat into a mutant hound

Fun fact, if you wait until Maxson and the Prydwyn arrive in the Commonwealth before doing the quest to find Brandis, and you persuade Brandis to rejoin the Brotherhood, you can meet him on the Prydwyn where he gives you a Legendary weapon as an additional reward. Also, why does Willow always choose the Brotherhood to finish the game? He claims it's because the Brotherhood ending is the shortest, but I'm not buying it, I'm sure it has something to do with all those beefy men in Power Armor, 'cos it can't be because he likes the Brotherhood, as they are literally the most unlikeable faction in all of Fallout, they are all arrogant bigots, obsessed with stealing technology from anyone who has it, and keeping it for themselves. The worst part is, they all believe in it, to the depths of their souls, rather like brainwashed cultists, in my opinion. Most of my playthroughs, I either go with the Railroad, who are definitely a cult, but a humorous one, or I do just enough of the Brotherhood questline to keep them around after I win with the Minutemen. I do enjoy the sight of the BoS vertibirds appearing, to battle anyone and everyone, you just have to avoid their inevitable crashlandings, 'cos the always try and get you with the explosion. :)

The Robes of Atom's Devoted are not a glitch. It's intended. You are meant to add ballistic weave to them, and use Atom's Judgement and the perk "inquisitor of atom" to increase your weapon damage with your rads and you can have the most broken melee character in the game.
