I love this for working-out/meditation. The only issue is that there is a telephone ringing 3 or more different times in the background throughout the recording which kind of throws off my meditation. There are a couple of time stamps are around 37:25, 38:25 - 39:50, 42:54, etc. and there are at least 2-4 more phone rings prior to 37:00. Otherwise its is GREAT! Thank you.

I have had this on in the background for about 2 hours. I think I went into a trance. And I am of Irish descent. My parents had black hair. My brother and sister and most of my relatives are/were ginger red heads. (but I was mousey fair hair colour when younger, so probably a bit of Viking Dublin in there?) Grey now.
