I may not be Nordic, but the Gods have blessed me. Your video showed up in my feed, and peaked my curiosity. I've recently gotten back into the gym after 2 years, I placed myself in self imposed exile, I was mentally broken and not worthy, dealing with a tragedy, I lost my best friend, Gracie my dog. Now, I'm trying to live for myself, while honoring her memory. Its been 3 months (and counting) since I've made this step, going back to the gym. I'm getting back to being lean and toned. PS- May I share my proudest gym memory with you ? Its when one particular day (5-4-21), I experimented with increasing the weights on the Leg Press, to unprecedent levels. **In general I typically do between 200-400 kilograms**. That aside, per 100 kilograms, there was 12 repetitions, then as I cautiously ascended in weights, the restriction of the complete motion, began to slowly set in. Especially from 500 kilograms onwards. Then when I eventually reached 700 kg, I was only able to accomplish 12 repetitions, of just a foot length, forwards and backwards. A moment later, I then went to experiment with 800 kilograms, but I couldn't even move it, one iota. I filmed myself, out of curiosity, and never put the footage online. Not every iota of one's life, has to be recorded. I'm proud of testing my limits, my knowledge, and my strength.
