Could you give us (if you haven't already) an explanation on the Force/Velocity curve and how it could be used for us mouthbreathers, Will? 😆

Given that some athletes on the team will have a very young training age/weaker, how do you like to get them involved with contrast training? Or do you have them do a modified version of it?

Just have to make the decision on what is best for the team. Sometimes have them do it, sometimes make modifications.

@@willratelle8027 coach, how do you apply French or just two exercises contrast training within conjugate system? Is that 80-90% lift (first set of contrast) going to be to much considering that we have MaxEf day already? Thx a ton! 🙏🏻

Does This just help the Potentiation ‘Pump’ or do you get permanently gains, with this method as well?

With your recommendation, what would be an example of how you would sequence a training session?

Its somewhat comical seeing a big body bounce around with such springiness. Impressive athleticism none the less.
