Will brings out the best of everyone around him. He showcases so many extremely skilled craftsmen, and somehow makes them shine and comfortable in front of the camera. That’s such an underrated skill. Thanks Will and of course Cameraman for always showcasing all your friends’ incredible artistry and skills!!! Francesca here is AMAZING skilled artists goddamn what a beautiful sheath! Arg what’s the cameraman’s name?! Micah? Jeremiah? I forgot arg! He’s such an integral part of the team! I believe he’s the same videographer that Alec uses when he’s in Montana right?

Firstly Will, thanks for hosting another master craftsperson. Francesca is awesome! It was interesting to see that the two of you seem to share only one common tool... the belt sander. BTW, I think I heard the words "beaver tail" more in the video than ever before in my life combined. :)

@@mackallred6043 I was guessing around 7-800. I personally wouldn’t be able to drop that kind of money myself. However As a tradesman myself (electrician), I don’t think I’d let it go any cheaper. Skilled workmanship is pricy, and she is definitely skilled. A work of art I think.

Now we need Will to find a way to make a production run of head knives. For those that are interested the main tanning styles are vegetable, chrome, and oil tanned. Typically you want veg tanned for stuff like holsters where the leather is touching metal because the other styles are more prone to rusting the metal.

If she doesn't have a KZbin channel she should. She's a lovely woman who is not only an artisan in her chosen field but she has an excellent delivery. That includes not just the information but also pacing and the ability to explain what she's doing as she works, at least in part. It's hard to find true craftsmanship, finding someone who can explain the what, why and how in an easy to follow manner isn't any easier.

I think i would want the rings to the outside of the sheath rather than to the inside, so that they don't touch my body. It seems like the metal rings, as well as the clips and carabiner clipped onto them wouldn't be very comfortable.
