Hold up, that sand looked wet - or am I trippin? Also, I want one of those hammer heads! Also, again, did you just weld over bondo?! And no oil for reaming them holes out?? And it weighs almost 900 fuckin pounds!? This video is blowin my mind. Seriously though, given the geometry of that stand, it would look amazing as an Art Deco piece. Would only take a few more hours of welding on features to complete the look (you could even braize some features on to bring that classic color in), It would be worth it to get to look at a beautiful Art Deco vice stand every time you walked into your grinding room, and hey, you could get another video out of the same stand!

I'm sure sure that Europeans do understand that 13/16 is slightly bigger than 12/16 and that this equals 3/4. The question to ask is: Why the heck do you measure stuff in 1/16s of 1/12 of the foot length of some long dead king? (Or today of 2.54 cm)
@koreykilburn530313 сағат бұрын
Because fractions double the denominator. 1/2=2/4=4/8=8/16=16/32=32/64. You usually don't see drill bits in smaller increments than in 64ths of an inch. Usually those are for get this drilling pilot holes for metric thread taps. Yes you metric guys use imperial drill bits if you need to drill to tap for a metric bolt. 😂 when it comes to machining though it goes to decimals of an inch all the way down to 0.001" that's thousandth of an inch or as they say 1 thou.
