Welcome to episode 2 of Tenny Around The World! 🇬🇷
In this episode we head to Greece for 48 HOURS to learn more about the Greek culture, Greek cuisine and fitness influence they've had on us all today!
Over the course of two days I try some incredible food including Gyros, mouth watering Loukoumades, protein cheesecake, chicken souvlaki, Greek alcohol taste test and more!
Along with the food, I also try a full calisthenics routine for the first time! It was incredibly difficult even with just bodyweight!

Key Lime Cheesecake Recipe:
CRUST:
1.) 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
2.) 2 TBS Coconut Oil
FILLING:
1.) 2 scoops BlueStar Key Lime protein powder
2.) 300G Greek Yogurt
3.) 16oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
4.) 1 Egg
5.) 2 Egg Whites
6.) 1/4 Cup Stevia
7.) Vanilla (Optional)
* Combine almond flour and coconut oil together and pat down on bottom of pan. Put in oven for 15 minutes at @350 degrees to brown
* Combine all filling ingredients into a bowl and combine well
* Add filling to crust and bake @325 for 30 minutes then reduce heat to 200 and continue to bake for additional 50min-1 hour.
* Let cool and enjoy!
