I've worked on a site where we've hosted a number of events like this : from themed street food restaurants, to Santa's grottoes, to drive in cinemas, and I can confirm that at each and every event its all kept "in house" the hiring of staff, and nearly always cash-in-hand with payment made at the end of the day, or at the end of event. They didn't stay "for the kids"; they stayed because they hadn't been paid. And as soon as the event was done they never stuck around to apologise, they went to the pub to have a laugh about it. Also there stories just don't track : either they were told to dress appropriately, or they were given costumes; either they left after the event, or they left at break and came back. These two are liars, plain and simple. I'm guessing they're mates with the scammer who ran the event too. This is what damage limitation looks like.

Im not saying people should have booked an Alton towers ticket, what im saying is how dare the people putting on this event charge this price and provide this when theres other places out there for family’s that cost similar and you get so much more! God bless these women for trying to make the most out of the situation for the kids. I wouldn't blame them if they chose to walk off.

I wish the presenters on this show would let the guests talk a little. Stop butting in. Ffs

I heard it was 1 jelly bean per child, not a handful of jelly beans, hence the test-tube being used to dispense the jelly beans one at a time.

No excuses whatsoever. What was the production company thinking? Why? Pazzaria Productions would NEVER, EVER do this!
