They do have an indication when you hit someone. Listen for the bullet to smack the target. If you miss there is no smack. Hit markers are for noobs.

This game is amazing but the ending to mine was disappointing. !(spoilers)! It doesn’t make sense the whole valley explodes by nukes and then you are put into the bunker forever and ends. Then you click continue and the game is like none of it ever happened and Joseph is dead??? Is there any way of redoing, or is there any better option?
