The broken calculation had put this 4 star map to nearly 7 stars (3.10 -> 4.65 -> 6.98) (Just to understand how broken it actually was, airman is rated 7.04)

pp was always based on star rating (more of its components like speed and aim stars) + some additional measurements. And, hmm, star rating literally measures how hard a map is xd It has RATING in the name

This method of breaking pp (passing though pp recalculation twice) will never happen again. The Zan’ei SR bug had something to do with mini 1-2 stairs. That was known for years prior to it being abused in maps.
