Willys Jeep 4 speed swap bolting it up! Finally getting back to work on the Willys CJ3B and getting the ford 4 speed t18 bolted to the engine for the first time! Navigating the correct throw out bearing spacing was the most difficult part of this video. Clutch linkage should be figured out at the end of this as well as crossmember modifications and install. I’m excited to see all this time and hard work coming together on the old Jeep!

I used a front driveshaft yoke from a comanchee its just like the original but longer it worked out perfect. But you have a machine shop friend so thatll probably be easier than finding one. You really didnt need to be so particular about the throw out bearing a big gap is ok you can just take it up with the adjustment.

Great to have you back on KZbin. I enjoy your videos every time. I was able to get the fuel system sorted out on my cj2a and have been enjoying it again. It took longer than it should have, but my family and I can enjoy it before winter hits here in Manitoba Canada. Great video as always.
