That is a brand new Nathan M3 horn. Last year it had its original horn. 8408 got a major rebuild including a new diesel engine and that is when they added the new horn which I think sounds way better then the original one

For some reason that whistle sounds like pine creek shay 6 but on more pressure

Yes and it only goes to hockessin on certain days.
