Voting illegally should incur consequences including fines and Jail. Preventing legally entitled to vote should carry the same consequences. Every legal voter disenfranchised, especially through voter roll purges should result in fines and jail time per count. Listen, many millions vote legally with different physical addresses because of previous moves, however their new addresses aren't updated because states require a new electric, phone, or other billing in addition to rental, or mortgage agreement which takes time. If we are vote only once, and a legal citizen then it's definitely not voter fraud!!!
