Good, thanks! Hope you are too. I felt like these ones were a little bit stickier right out of the box, compared to Vapor Pro (1st gen), but they broke in rather easily and started to have more give in the traction. I am not a slider on hardcourts, but the traction seemed to be good for those who could use them to slide. That said the uppers are softer than the Vapor Pro 1st gen, so they are not quite as locked-down up top, but still pretty decent support. Troy, TW

Pretty sure that this was the shoe worn by men's sabre silver medalist Ferjani at the Paris Olympics. In fact, a good percentage of Olympic fencers wore tennis shoes rather than fencing specific shoes. In particular, recognized Mizuno Wave Exceed Tour 6 and Asics Gel Res 9's on the piste.

Is this shoe for indoors or outdoors?

It works best on hardcourts, doesn't necessarily matter if it is indoors or outdoors. That said, if you are playing indoors on a carpeted surface, then you would probably want to go with a shoe that is designed for use on carpet (the outsole has more of a smooth design). Troy, TW

How does this compare to ASIC Gel Resoltiuon 9 ?

For me, I think comfort is up there, especially with the uppers and the bootie like sleeve inside these shoes; it feels nice, glove like and contoured. The uppers definitely feel a bit softer and there is plenty of mesh for breathability. Beyond that, I would probably give the nod to the Gel Res 9 for stability, and durability. So I would say for the player looking for good support, decent durability but also likes some flexibility and ventilation this Rush Pro 4.5 is great. However if you are looking for that very high level of stability and good durability, the Gel Res 9 is sort of the bench mark for that, along with Barricade 13. Troy, TW
