Had a First Sergeant, big guy, 6'1"-6'2", 225 or so. Loved to hang out in a particularly notorious biker bar. Took an extra job there as a bouncer. We asked him, "what do you do if the guy is like 6'5", 275?" He said, "First, you say to yourself, 'this is gonna hurt for a little while." Every time I see that bar scene I start chuckling.
