I completely agree. Lee, as funny as he can be, becomes annoying.with childish dad jokes. Especially “my client would like a moment” and “you’re digging a bigger hole for yourself.” Funny the first time, much less the second and annoying afterwards.

Exactly. Lee can be funny at times, but he often descends into belittling David (and Rob) or the other guests, which gets weary very quickly. That one episode when Lee was absent & Greg Davies was the guest team captain in his place is one of my favourite WILTY episodes.

but the word "station" did't have the same meaning as "station" today because stations as we know them didn't exist. It would be what's known as "a false friend", effectively - the same word but with a different meaning. Kind of like "demand" which means, well, to demand in English but it only means "to ask" in French, doesn't it?

I mean you couldn't even get the spelling for something as basic as 'these' correct. Grammar and simple punctuation seem to be your sworn enemies as well.
