I'm sure he knew it was a camera. Before you told him it was a camera he said "you pointed it through gate". There's nothing pointy about it. The lens is the only thing that can change direction and therefore point. So he knew it was a camera.

The disable parking enforcement is not enforceable as it is on 'Private' land same as if you park in one at a supermarket car park operated by private car park enforcement they can issue a ticket depending on their Terms and Conditions.

he's a senior officer? what the actual fuck. i would sort of expect behaviour like his from someone more junior but thats even pushing it. also about these videos what i don't get is i watch police documentaries like road wars back in the day,police interceptors,even a few years ago in the days before bodycam was a thiing itv did a series called cops with cameras,where the filming crew strapped a camera to each officer to film them on their duties. and often i have heard suspects or families of suspects yelling things like "get that camera out ma face" and the officers saying that he's entitled to film in a public place. so whats changed? i kind of don't get it. yes ok i know some auditors push things a bit but other than that seriously?
