The EF-3 tornado that went through Winchester, missed our house by a 1000 feet. We seen it behind our garage while it was destroying the Gaslight Edition. We dived into an interior closet. My back was against the wall, and I felt the strong vibrations as it passed. The damage is shocking and a miracle no one was killed.

I was watching Ryan Hall’s livestream of this storm as it was happening, this is amazing video of the tornado. Someone posted a video I saw on twitter and first thing that came to me was by watching, if it were to hit something it had to be F3/F4. And sadly it was. Incredible storm shame it injured and killed people.

I live in north central Texas and I chased storms for 20 yrs. I was born in Columbus in 59, dad was in the air force. I have family all over Ohio. Uncle had a close tornado to him in Deleware. A couple of weeks ago another uncle had one in Reynoldsburg

Greenville, my hometown! I was wondering if this stayed down all the way from Winchester and across Darke County. There's a streak of damage all of the way across the county. I saw some of it on my way to check on my mother. It's just so surreal to see.

We had a storm move through Fort Wayne earlier in the day and it got so dark that all of the street lights came on...at between 10am and 12 noon!!! I had to drive down to Virginia later that afternoon because my father was having emergency open heart surgery that next morning, and my route through Ohio took my right past Celina and Wapakoneta (I hope I spelled that correctly). I had one storm system on my eastern flank, and could see the one west of me while traveling down I75. I got to the hospital at 3:05am and heard about the tornadoes as soon as I got in the waiting room. God was definitely working overtime that day - between the storms, my overnight drive to Richmond (Virginia), and getting my dad through until his surgery + after. I left Fort Wayne at just the right time, otherwise I could have been caught in one of the storm waves that I passed in between. Prayers still going for those affected.

I live just west of where the tornado touched down in Indy. The tornado sirens were going off for about an hour nonstop and like normal people we ignored it and I was actually pissed because I was trying to go to sleep 😂 Oops! For clarification, we're in Anderson and it touched down just east of Muncie.

This is probably the closest I've ever came to a tornado. I was legit scared, since I live in a mobile home. When it came to Winchester, I was hoping it would spare us. Thankfully it did, hopefully nothing like this happens again. Awesome footage.

Love the name. In my twenties I got a bug to try stormchasing, but found I wasn't adept at wasting time, you have to not be bothered by that. The point being that now that we've got all the modern tech to do it properly it looks like way more fun. Also, since we've gotten the shift in where tornados are happening often, if I wait another decade I can just stay here in MI and chase them.

Warm rain Tornado then right back hot again only in Indiana but I loved it I have a basement of bricks at that spot and me and the family was always going down there and hang out after the Tornado they be so fast but you got a great shot of them I use to look at them roll by 😂😂😂😂 I miss Indy
