Those drone shots were something else. I find it hard to capture the beauty of some of those places, but you definitely made it happen with some of those shots!

You found some nice camp sites. This is my back yard. Double Cabins is definitely serious grizzly country

I have not seen any bears up there yet. that was our second time there, the first time was 4-5 years ago with our horses. but we didn't get to spend much time there, only 5 days total. I would love to go back and spend more time there.

@@KMJ_Adventures Last summer I took a friend up to Double Cabins CG, parked the jeep on the far NW corner and walked thru the trees down to the creek. There were fresh large grizzly tracks in the sand 20m from the creek. I've hunted, fished and done archaeology work all over that area, never fail to see large grizzly tracks.

@ I did see tracks when we rode our horses up to Cougar pass along the trail. I’ve only seen a grizzly in person while riding near Turpin Medows.
