If you think about it, it's no different than having a weather vane on a tool shed. But I would imagine where I live, my town would want a million permits and may even stop me from installing something like this. I wonder how much power this produces on a normal day. My guess is it doesn't typically produce enough power to make it worth it. If I had to guess, it was averaging 1kWh, but that's during a tropical storm! Would it even produce 1kW for the entire day during a normal day?

It’s pretty windy where I live I took get that daily, especially in low winds. I can make anywhere from 250W in 10mph winds, it really helps on cloudy days keeping my battery charged

You offer very good information if I could ask you a question my home has natural gas stove water heater furnace is all gas. Have a 4 ton central air unit. What size generator could I use to power house and AC units comfortably thank you.
