We leave Corsica behind to make a three day passage across the northern Mediterranean. Steph takes on another big tuna for a two hour fight. The passage is long and full of surprises along the way. One being a most extraordinary sunrise on the Corsican horizon.

Hah, watching this via the harbour internet of Saint Vaast - La Hougue on the other side of France :) Sadly no dolphins in our bow wave so far, but we'll get there. And we can relate to the constant tradeoff between the annoying motoring and making way towards your destination. Greetings to you, Alex!

You guys are on your way! Fantastic. I've been on Galopin for a week now. Going off to Minorca on Monday with a friend from the marina. Each solo on our own boats. Beginning of a new adventure. Greetings to you also, and watch our for the tides over there in Northern France.

An other well rounded clip. I like the way you show the all around activities onboard. Oh, tell Nico is English is great.

Fantastic sunrise. Alex what was that deliciousness that you were making on the stove and how do you make it? Looks divine. Also, your curry tuna/curry chicken recipe looks killer too....what is your recipe?

Sunrises are really special out at sea. We're used to watching sunsets, but then there are the sunrises. It was my favorite time to do my watch, 4-6am. I made potato gratin. Slice potatoes, cream, cheese (Gruyere if possible) and nutmeg. Curry is chicken or fish, lots of chopped garlic and ginger. A bit of wine, coconut milk/cream and fresh or dried fruit. Pour it over buttered/olive oiled rice and voilà. I adapt according to what I've got for ingredients.

You have developed a brand of you tube video that would appeal to many many people, I cannot believe that only 1634 people have subscribed. You looked very purposeful in this video - but having fun too. 👍😀

Great videos! However, you really do need to tone down the music. More narration with VERY soft music. So you don't waste your time reeling in fish and then farming them because you can't figure out how to get in aboard I strongly recommend you invest in a fishing gaff (long, or short, pole with a big hook on one end) along with a fish bat (the bat is used to subdue your catch once you have it aboard).

We'd had enough tuna and were gonna let that one go. I have a gaff, but didn't want to use it. My brother loves fishing and the fight:-) Music is an essential part of my life, and this series. So there always will be music. Less talk more action:-) I'll do my best to keep the levels more balanced. Thanks for your suggestions about fishing. Still got lots to learn:-)

Winded Voyage Thumbs up for your reply. The thing about music levels for me is that to listen to the speech sections where things are explained and communicated I set the volume at a comfortable level [I'm watching this on a laptop not a tv i.e. it's private to me - my wife might be doing other things. If a music section comes in waay louder then I have to turn the volume levels down and the process repeats. Not detracting from your choice of music though - first class.

I really don't understand the complaints about the music. It's not like the levels are any higher than those of the ambient track and the two don't ride over each other ... or at least they don't seem that way on my system.

It's probably an issue with the devices on which the video is played. Like the difference between a transistor and HiFi.

I wonder what will happen to that tuna with a hook in the mouth. Are fishes able to survive and recover or die out? Probably better killing them with an harpoon instead of loosing them at the last moment

Our skipper said the tuna would be fine because he didn't swallow the lure. It should fall off his jaw and the cartilage will heel.
