Being someone with bad anxiety this is awesome. Some of the things you mentioned I do. I prefer wax melters over candles just because I sleep a lot so it's safer lol. I always "unplug" from the world for at least an hour everyday. I have a saltwater tank in my room which makes calming water moving sounds, not as rough as waves. I will just star at the tank and watch all the fish interact. My dog helps a lot too, I don't know what I'd do without him. Being introverted I love my me time. BTW you look great in those glasses!

Honestly.... I actually think I have a problem😂... I am always on my phone before I go to bed... and very often I can't sleep so I check my phone again and again. It is such a stupid habit😓... because I am sure it is also keeping me awake and having a bad night sleep... it's an addiction... definetely need to work on that!
