Almost HORRIBLE but does have some PROs. We rented a late model 2023 /early 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid for Vacation. WOW, A mistake. Definitely would not buy this car. All kinds of CONS adding up. In Texas, Hwy speeds are 75 mph, so everyone mostly does 80 mph. At this speed, This All Wheel Drive Hybrid In SMART MODE was horrible for Hwy Gas Mileage averaging 24 MPG no matter what Driving Mode we were in and HTRAC unlocked. Maybe it was something we were doing wrong. I am 6'4" and had a hard time getting into this vehicle due to the Front Windshield Extreme Slope Down for better aerodynamics. To compare, My little Buick encore is super easy for me to get in. Horrible Interior with Gawdy Wide Aircraft Cockpit Look Console With hundreds of Buttons. Makes you feel trapped in. I understand now the newer 24 and 25 year models don;t have this anymore. Front drivers seat belt hard to Latch due the latch being way down too far and hard to find. Better Phone Charging / USB ports layout needed. Everyone has phones that need to be charged at the same time. 4 People in the car and there is not enough. Should have wireless pad on the console and in back with a USB ports also. The built in Display Screen MAP was glitchy. We were traveling from Texas to New Mexico, but could only search for cities in Texas until we crossed to border into New Mexico. Poor at telling you what lane to get in. We used an IPHONE with Google Maps on the CARPLAY which worked great and was a much better MAP. Sound system was your now usual Basic, Muddy and poor. ELECTRONIC ASSIST Features- The Auto Lane Centering assist made be very nervous, especially on 2 Lane roads as the car always wants to stay too close to the Center line and going around curves and a semi truck coming at you in the other lane gets you way too close. Also, if it cant read the stripes on the road, it will just quit working at any time without any audible warning. A tiny Green light will turn to white is the only notification. So don't trust it. However, This feature is still a great thing to have on though when fiddling with your phone or other distractions. It will save you from wondering out of your lane. the best Assist Feature we liked was the Fairly Loud Audible Warning Sound and Red Flashing Dash Light to let you know there is a car in the lane next to you when you change lanes. VERY HELPFUL! Cruise Control worked great and would auto speed up and slow down to maintain 4 car lengths from the car in front of you. we never did figure out the quirky parking brake. Instead of keeping your foot on the brake and then releasing the Parking Brake, It says you must have your seatbelts on and then give it a little gas and it auto releases. The problem with this is if you parked on a hill pointed downward as we were frequently. The only way to get it to release the brake is to give it some gas which shoots you out too much suddenly . Again, maybe there is a button or setting for this to be released manually. Also, Reading lots of complaints about the All Wheel Transmission from others. GOOD PART- The best part of this car is the Ride, very low noise and ( and once you can get into it} the Comfort was very good. So it's not all CONS.

You’re paying for the size of the vehicle, class, and well as the fact that it’s a plug-in hybrid. Keep in mind that most people (basically everyone) wants a vehicle that can get them from point A to point B efficiently and easily.

ill add onto what rylans said, you get heated and cooled front seats, heated back seats, auto-down rear seats, you get a full roof sun-roof, and in my history of our car (exactly this one) its still more then enough power to, you know, do what a car does, and get places.
