Windmill Farm Railway 08.09.24

My first visit to this railway for a long time and the lads were kind enough to give me a tour of the engine shed and even a cab ride, great place for people to visit for both trains, farm animals and reptiles.

It certainly didn't bother me and a lot of the farm activities are under cover to there, it was a fun day and great seeing the locos that used to run on the Lakeside miniature railway in southport when i was a youngster

I'd rather have a cab ride on the footplate of a steam engine, and end up looking like a drowned rat.

Am happy with steam or diesel to be honest, ive got a cab ride at the Lakeside and Haverthwaite railway to do when i get time so am looking forward to that
