It solves then problem but you need to ventilate the room atleast 3 times a day..to avoid molds build up
@acheung666 Жыл бұрын
It works because hot air is not hitting the cold window anymore! The moisture from the air will just find somewhere els and create mould. Best option is to get a dehumidifier.
@patrickcardon1643 Жыл бұрын
Or aerate regularly to reduce the humidity level. The main problem is the humidity level in this flat and as you say that will not only lead to problems in more places than just the windows
@tatayvic1028 Жыл бұрын
Good day guys. thanks for your ideas and comments. I appreciated it. I intended to make the humidity higher to find out if the plastic cover really will work on windows. Proper home ventilation is the key and we all know that I guess.
@nofurtherwest34748 ай бұрын
It doesn't make sense to say it will "just find somewhere else"... it has a place in the air. Will it find another place even if that surface does is not cold? In other words, what if there are no cold enough surfaces for condensation. then it will just remain in the air right?
@kingquinn3897Ай бұрын
@@nofurtherwest3474 The air won't be able to hold it so it will migrate to the most cold place in the room. Not all surfaces in the room are of the same temperature so it will locate the coldest surface.

You need to leave your curtains and blinds open at all times and invest in a dehumidifier and if you are not using the room open the window for atleast 1 hour per day to let air in, the longer the better though. that's what i do.

.The ambient temperature in the house is low and the humidity will be high inside. There will also be problems with mold if you do not change this situation. A minimum ambient temperature in a living space must be approximately 21 degrees minimum. Of course, the ventilation of the rooms and other measures must be taken into account.
