In Bulgaria there's not only a lack of skilled workers (the ones that are skilled are working in Germany), but you also have a lack of good building materials. Most building materials on the Bulgarian market are cheap import from Turkey. A friend of mine builds houses in Bulgaria and has all the materials imported from Germany, just to avoid all that Turkish crap.

I lived 18 years in Iran, 18 years in England and now 30 years in Germany. Most of my family live in the US or France. The best technology is here in Bundesrepublik, not comparable with anywhere in the world.

This guy Adam w means mold (Schimmel) not mushrooms!! That can happen in any house especially in Europe where the air is not dry as in Saudi Arabia! The houses in England where I owned 2 are not comparable with German houses. In US they are mostly made of wood & Plastic when a house catches fire all that remains is the floor.

No, we have houses that withstand gales, snowdrifts, thunderstorms, rains, sunshine, wartimes, revolutions,.... They are expensive but they last for centuries. They keep the frost out in winter and the heat in summer. They do not catch fire that easily and, and, and.

Nope, no point at all let water to go under window frame sill should always be attached to window frame like on video only bad it could have more pitch. Triple or 4 glazed windows doesn't have condensation issues or if those have you house is too less air ventilated and due that moisture levels are too high inside.

This technology wouldn't even pass any world standard Maybe in German villages There is no sub sill under the window They use tape to stop water coming in ( this doesn't comply with any professional standard) There is no flashing above the window If I showed you a proper window installation you would be amazed Ne serem, nego je stvarno loše
