In Bulgaria there's not only a lack of skilled workers (the ones that are skilled are working in Germany), but you also have a lack of good building materials. Most building materials on the Bulgarian market are cheap import from Turkey. A friend of mine builds houses in Bulgaria and has all the materials imported from Germany, just to avoid all that Turkish crap.

This guy Adam w means mold (Schimmel) not mushrooms!! That can happen in any house especially in Europe where the air is not dry as in Saudi Arabia! The houses in England where I owned 2 are not comparable with German houses. In US they are mostly made of wood & Plastic when a house catches fire all that remains is the floor.

Bin Tischler von Beruf und hab 4 Jahre lang Fenster unt Türen eingebaut. So wie hier gezeigt wird das ganze viel zu teuer für den Kunden. Erstens. Isolierungsband ist sehr teuer und hier noch für die ganze Fensterrahmen dicke noch teurer. Ich wurde max. 15 mm Isolierungsband nehmen und dann am nächsten Tag Bauschaum. Zewitens. Bei Neubau benutzt man Befestigungslatchen. Flache ca 4mm dicke und 25mm breite Stahl Flacheisen mit Greifhacken für Außenkante Fensterrahmen und befestigungslöchern wo Schlagschrauben rein in die Wand kommen. Drittens. Schraubzwinge, Muster für Rollläden. Die Rollläden werden normalerweise auf das Fenster montiert und dann gleich mit dem Kasten und Laufschiennen außen eingesätzt. Das hier dauert viel zu lange was für dem Kunden viel zu teuer ist (ausnahme ist nur wenn die Tischler pro Fenster bezahlt werden). Spielerei mit Schraubzwingen und Muster. Viertens. Arbeitsbücke. Ist zwar nett aber ich sehe zum ersten mal auf einer Baustelle Tischler die mit so viel Platz arbeiten. Klar Video drehen aber in wirklichkeit seht das ganz anders. Normalerweise sind da oft die Elektriker, Putzer, Maurer und tonnen weise Baumaterial und Werkzeug. Viel Paltz. Fehler anzeige.

Jaja viel zu teuer.... verkauft wird der kram aber dem Kunden und auf der Baustelle wird dann gepfuscht.... kennt man ja.... so wie gezeigt muss das gemacht werden! Da kann man mal wieder als beweis lesen wie das Handwerk die kunden verarscht....

MrHeizer42 der Kunde will ja verarscht werden^^ ne natürlich nicht, aber nachvollziehbar was er damit meint, ich Als Mechatroniker bin auch öfter gezwungen unsachgemäß zu arbeiten, weil der Kunde mich dazu nötigt. Es fehlt oft an finanziellen Möglichkeiten und an Fachwissen.. Was oft nicht gut zusammen passt

Komisch, mir war so als wären die Eigenschaften des verwendeten Schaumstoffbands in der Hinsicht im Video beschrieben worden. ...Innenseite imprägniert um die Luftdichtigkeit zu erreichen... war glaube ich die Beschreibung. Und wenn die Diffusionsdichtigkeit nicht explizit erwähnt wird, hier die Produktbeschreibung des Herstellers dazu: Wasserdampfdiffusionswiderstand (Beschreibung): Innen dichter als außen. Also ich sehe da keinen Pfusch am Bau.

No, we have houses that withstand gales, snowdrifts, thunderstorms, rains, sunshine, wartimes, revolutions,.... They are expensive but they last for centuries. They keep the frost out in winter and the heat in summer. They do not catch fire that easily and, and, and.

Nope, no point at all let water to go under window frame sill should always be attached to window frame like on video only bad it could have more pitch. Triple or 4 glazed windows doesn't have condensation issues or if those have you house is too less air ventilated and due that moisture levels are too high inside.

This technology wouldn't even pass any world standard Maybe in German villages There is no sub sill under the window They use tape to stop water coming in ( this doesn't comply with any professional standard) There is no flashing above the window If I showed you a proper window installation you would be amazed Ne serem, nego je stvarno loše
