This was only implemented recently (well a good couple years ago time flies). The majority of people do not tip outside delivery/sit down restaurants. We also find it ridiculous its being added to nearly every service you pay with card

They squeeze fresh lemons to make the consonant. They keep the consonant in the refrigerator to save space. It’s great.

I’ve done this and used Square. Adding a KDS would eliminate hand writing and using a pager.

They squeeze the lemons and strain the fresh juice reducing it to a concentrated level. With limited space it’s the best way to deliver fresh lemonade

We use a local restaurant supply company, but we use True for refrigeration and wells/ Pitco/ Wells for gas equipment.

They like his customer service. It’s not a restaurant and since he’s in a food truck the customers can’t really give a tip if the customer takes the food and drives off. I don’t see any table and chairs to sit and eat and then give him a tip.

We work in a very expensive tourist town of Lake Tahoe California. Nothimng is cheap unfortunitly out here. We also decided to source the best ingredients for our product from the hot dog to the mayo, relish and even the box its served in. We get a lot of hate on this channel for our prices that involve many economic and geographical factors we do not expect people to understand. We have had every hateful comment people could cleverly craft to ignerently degrade our small family business of 11+ years. We never respond to those comments because there is no need to defend our pricing daily to those who just want to try and make us feel bad from their couch. Thank you for just asking the question instead of being cruel or judgmental. Public perseption has always been Hot Dogs are cheap food. Some hot dogs are cheap, low quality beef mixed with pork trimings that have no flavor or appeal at all. These are those pale colorless hotdogs that look like an eraser on the end of a pencile. We have ours sourced at a local sausage factory from all the top premium beef trimings. People seem to be ok with spending $9 for a 1/4 pound burger but not $7.50 for a quality 1/4 pound all beef hot dog🤔 Sorry we had to use your question to deffend pricing guess we had some free time this morning, but your the only one who simply asked why?
