Window Trim and Weather Stripping | First Gen Cummins

Welcome back! In this video I show you how to replace the weather stripping, felt liners, and window seals on your old Dodge. I ordered this complete kit from RockAuto and it includes all of the items you will need for the main window and door weather seal. This kit is designed for any square body Dodge Pickup or Ramcharger from 1980 - 1993. Hope this helps!

Good Work there fella. Tip from an Old fart. Go back and take the door panel off and tape the whole clear shield just like the factory had it sealed all the way around. That's your dust and water shield to prevent all those elements getting into your cab. The duct tape isn't enough and it'll dry out in short order. Just friendly advice to help your project along and eliminate future woe's/issues. Ask me how I know 😉👍

Thanks! Appreciate the advice. That's a good point. I have to go back in to swap out the window regulator so I'll get them all sealed up. I may add some sound deadener in there too.
