Windows 10, but it looks like Windows 8.1 (ProjectBlue Demo)

In this video I'll take a look at ProjectBlue, which is a Windows 10 install modified to make it look and feel like Windows 8.1 accurately.

I'm a true fan of Windows 8.1, and watching a proyect like this being made, actually makes me happy, like happend with windows 7, nobody tried on making a 8.1 version of this and that looks a little accurate, i wonder if downgrading explorer would somehow give the 8.1 start

I don't think it will, there's a reason no one has ever showcased the Windows 8.1 Start Screen on 10 (Except for v1507).

@@mramayosken It might though, because in the Windows 8.1 to 7 transformation there is an option for Windows 8.0 users, which does indeed switch the Windows 8 explorer.exe with the Windows 7 one. This did give the start menu, though it would not give Aero. I just want a way to get those fancy Window animations back.

I don't use LTSC builds because it's pointless. The update benefit here is not relevant because Windows has this tendency of replacing system files after every update, so I just use a 22H2 ISO I downloaded from the official site and debloated using NTLite and Chris Titus' debloating tool.

Yes. Regarding your other question, I used CharmsBarPort which you can get from the link in the description (Please note that it's quite CPU intensive and you also have to compile it yourself using Visual Studio).
