Hi i had problem when i enter my pin in lock screen there is a number pad pop on the screen how do i gonna remove permanently

Hi. If you mean number pad from appearing on your sign-in screen, here is the solution: To disable the number pad from appearing on your sign-in screen, click on Start menu then search On-Screen Keyboard. On the lower right, click Options then uncheck "Turn on numeric keypad" Please let me know if it works for you

@@aldrielniog3657 This time do this, Control panel-date and region-region-now you see a small window- tap on administrative Tap- tap on copy settings button-at the bottom of the window, put a checkmark on "Welcome screen and system accounts. Hope this helps
