actually if you don't sign in with a microsoft account in 24H2, the sign in animation will be showed during desktop preparting, not new opt-in prompt for service

when you already sign in with microsoft account in physical computer, do not sign in the same microsoft account in virtual machine, it can cause lost data in physical computer, i already test it and i lost all my data, i'm 100% sure

But you can't install the graphics card drivers until you get to the desktop. Also, the reason why this video is in 4:3 is because you can't set the resolution until you get to the desktop, and it won't change automatically without the drivers.

@@World_of_OSes Windows sometimes install the driver automatically after getting connected to the network. There are also ways to install any apps in the OOBE.

Windows 98 doesn’t have OOBE setup, only 98 SE does, and Windows 2000 OOBE it looks exactly same as Windows XP OOBE (in installer)
