I took my laptop to an official samsung service place to remove two tiny screws that were stuck so I could access the RAM ports. The guys reset my pc, just so they could remove two screws, and when I got back home Windows 11 was acting up. This video helped a lot, thank you!!!!

Hello, When I started up my new HP Laptop It automatically transferred all my info from the older laptop to this new one. Question: when I reset the new laptop to return to vendor, will the reset also affect and reset my older laptop because it automatically transferred files into it as I stated. @@rameshgedalaif you install from local you do get original as you bought it. If you install from the cloud you will get the latest version of windows. That’s why there are two options in the Reset menu.

When you reset to factory setting by choosing to “remove files” and not keep files you can set it just as you bought it. LAN drivers are installed as part of windows install unless you’re referring to extras you installed yourself after getting the PC. But never heard having to install LAN driver. You know this is for retail factory reset right? Not when you built your PC yourself. That’s not factory reset as it’s not made in a factory.

The administrator sign in page comes up before anything. Try to sign in and it says " your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." The admin has been changed in safe mode but doesn't show the current admin. Win 11 is a joke.
