You don’t need to take the bumper off just take of the grill off left hand side only got one screw got enough room to get your hand in

Great video, thank you. I am currently replacing the washer pump on my '08 VW Polo and this is identical. Managed to do it by removing the wheel arch liner rather than the whole bumper. Fingers crossed the new pump (when it arrives) fixes the leak!

Don’t need to remove bumper, you can easily access the pump through the grille on the bumper

Do you know the part number of the rubber grommets in the reservoir?
