Not only for you ;-) but essential.. once you got your gear in your hands it´s alright to relax a bit and even better to waterstart first, no matter which direction and than take a deep deep breath and relax

It is very helpful tips, I am not a swimmer, so, I have my floating jacket all the time, I only sailing in bump and jump, I very want sail in small wave, but for my experience, the very little wave with 2-3 feet high, the wave of power will take your gears away, , the second and third wave is coming,that situation , it is very 🥶! I don’t know how to short out this problem. Please more this ocean safe tips! Thank you

Thank you Tom. My biggest fear is losing my kit,which I have several times. Will have to work on my swimming when it's possible. I will be back in Lanzarote in November,to see Russell and you,if available.
