What i was thinking. Music can be so distracting, even to the point of annoying. I oddly found myself watching the whole thing, probably because there was no background music.

Oh man. What a REFRESHING experience. Stabilized footage, and allowing the voice of the city to speak for it'self. I enjoyed hearing the brief conversations of those passing by. The lack of music in the background was a wise choice. The sounds of the city really draw you in. I just laid back, and pretended that I was sitting on a comfy Lazy Boy chair, on rollers, and being pushed around the city. Very relaxing.

NYC is a rarity in the fact that is has not one, not two but 3 central districts. lower Manhattan (the original central district of NYC), Midtown (the largest central business district in the world) and downtown Brooklyn (has its own unique skyline). Under construction is 9 DeKalb Ave in Brooklyn which will be a 90 story building at 1,066 feet tall. It will be the tallest building in NYC outside of Manhattan and will also have the best view of the entire Manhattan skyline from atop!

I used to live in Manhattan, career opportunity back in 1989 with a view of the Twin Towers from my penthouse apt!! The most exciting, pulsating city in the world!! Of course I visited the magnificent Twin Towers, never knowing they would be destroyed by evil terrorists 12 yrs later! I ❤️ New York!! Visited NY after the attack in 2004 or 2005, saw ground zero, I cried. I Will be back to see the Freedom Towers next year!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I have been to the World Trade Center site in New York. I saw that with my parents when I visiting New York a couple of times when I was younger in November 2009 and November 2013 and April 2015. I also have been to Rockefeller Center. That is also where the show 30 rock takes place. I also been to Central park as well with my parents. I also have been to Times Square in New York. I also stay at a hilton hotel that had special lounge for people in the military. I also went to an Italian Restaurant there too.I also watched the Macys Thanksgiving Day parade there twice.

I've lived in NYC the entirety of my 50 years, and I have not been in Manhattan for over a year due to COVID. (Working from home all this time on Staten Island, my home borough, which is only 5 miles away as the crow flies but more suburban.) They say we may have to go back into the office in the city come summertime, and I am at once kind of eager but at the same time nervous to go back. Found your channel and watched your Phoenix (where my sister just moved) and Austin TX (Where a close friend just moved) walking tour videos. No offense to either of those cities, but I can't understand why they would leave NYC. Not sure if it was just due to COVID, but the downtown areas in both places look so dead compared to my city. I've lived in New York my whole life, my parents and grandparents are from here, and can't imagine living anywhere else.
