Love you guys! Been in Texas couple a weeks ago. Dallas, Houston, San Antonio but most of my time in Austin. Great 2 weeks of food and great time over all. We are missing so much of BBQ culture here in Europe (its getting better tho), so after 10+ years of my addiction of BBQ I have decided to open my own pop up and offset smokers manufacturing. Getting a brisket, beef ribs, diamond crystal kosher salt, 16 mash black pepper here is pain in the arse...tell true termo oh my gosh... so wish me luck!
