Well done for sticking it out Jon, I’m 83 but still fish matches and would call what you caught a very good day.Its those boring bits where you don’t get a bite that make you swear and then go put too much bait in and kill the swim dead.Out in the cold next Tuesday but well wrapped up for the cold and know they will bite at some stage, so wish me luck. I had it like that Sunday on my club match it was evel conditions I only had five roach and two skimbobs it was pants I just couldn't hold it and the feeder wouldn't go round so I was screwd lol but I done my best just like you did 💪🎣

5.6 deg...at Frant Lakes East Sussex....no silver's on silver's match ....I had just one 14 lb carp on 0.9 and blue no 5.

I know that feeling John the wind is a real pain in the arse when it bending the pole round and you can't hold it still it kills your presentation dead don't it but well done mate I would of chucked I tiny feeder I think

i hate high wind, i'm very sorry but i laughed like F--k at you swearing about the wind and rain sorry again, i had a disaster in a match on Monday the 30th, i had 50lb clicked in the fist net and about 5lb in the second, the scales came to me and weighed in 24lb, i found a rip about 6in long in the 50lb net fishery net's, Happy new year to you and your family, Thank you,
